DC Racing is owned and operated by Dave Davis. Dave is one of the pioneers of Thundercat Racing in New Zealand having been involved in the sport since 1999.

DC Racing remain at the forefront of Thundercat race technology investing thousands of dollars and man hours designing and testing ways to maximise performance. An example of this is the closed in highjackers now available on some of our Ceasar hulls, this world first is a DC Racing innovation which reduces weight by keeping water, sand and shells out of your highjackers. This in turn increases buoyancy and therefore provides better acceleration off the start line and when landing a wave.

DC Racing provides not only race hulls but also custom builds and stocks a myriad of race engineered accessories and can provide everything you need to put together a race winning Thundercat. We can custom build and setup your Thundercat for you so you can get straight out on the water and start racing. Plus to ensure you get the best out of your season DC Racing attends most races in the nationals circuit providing support for our teams, at no charge!
